THURSDAY 12 NOVEMBER. 7.30pm. SANDWELL GROUP AGM. West Bromwich Labour Club.
This is the opportunity for members to contribute towards the running of the group by giving views and suggestions. We have vacancies on the Committee that it is important we fill. Please do your best to attend.

SATURDAY 21 NOVEMBER. BARN DANCE: 7.30pm. West Bromwich Labour Club.
Yahoo, yes folks it is back again. Get out those gingham dresses, blue jeans and have a great time. Guests welcome. Bring your own supper. Callers, Eve & John are back by popular demand. Tickets 5 Pounds each from Margaret Skelton (Social Secretary), tel 0121 556 5218

SUNDAY 29 NOVEMBER. STAFFS AREA AGM: 2pm
Hosted by Sandwell Group at West Bromwich Dartmouth Cricket Club, Birmingham Road, West Bromwich, B71 4JQ
Preceded by a 5 miles walk starting at 10am (see Walks Programme). Let us see a good attendance this year as we are the hosts.

THURSDAY 7 JANUARY. NEW YEAR SUPPER: 8pm. The Committee invites all MEMBERS to celebrate the New Year at the WBLC

TUESDAY 16 FEBRUARY. 8pm WBLC. SUMMER WALKS SOCIAL. A social night to put together the summer walks & social programmes. With a fish and chip supper after the meeting. Hosted by Peter Figg and Margaret Skelton.

TUESDAY 13 APRIL. 8pm WBLC. PRE WHITBY MEETING.
To finalise arrangements for the weekend away in May at the Royal Hotel, Whitby. Hosted by Val & Peter who tell you all about the weekend.

Social meetings (unless otherwise stated) take place at the West Bromwich Labour Club (Tel 553 1091), Sandwell Road, West Bromwich (A/Z page 57 1F). There is ample car parking space. Cheques for tickets etc. should be forwarded to Mavis Whale (Treasurer) and made payable to "SGRA".
